My mum died today in Manchester. She’d been ill and infirm for a while, but it is always a shock. I’ll miss her.
Won’t be online very much for the next few days, so phone if you need me urgently.

Deepest condolences for your loss, I would like to send my sympathies to yourself, your children and the rest of the family during your saddend time.
Ive been an avid reader on the beeb and your flicr site as well as the blog for many months now, even more so since I got my job in IT.
Remember the fond memories you must have of your mum.

Bill, really sorry to hear this. My wife lost her mother recently so all I can offer is that it gets better eventually.

My hearty condolence …..I lost my Mum just 2 years ago….Still I cant belive that she is not living with me……..but she is seeeing me from the heaven.
your Mum also there with my mum..
